Wrentham - Lake House Design

The client has purchased an 80 x 100 lot on Mirror lake and would like to design and build a house that looks great, is affordable, and gives some opportunity for expansion. The original idea was to build a 1600 ft home, but 1600 ft finished in a large 2500 ft home make more sense and does not cost too much more... plenty of easy expansion room available.
