At Misty hill, several changes are happening that create the need to develop a functional in-law suite from what is now a play center/office attached to the house. The intent was to layout a second story that allowed for a master suite and office upstairs and to change the ground floor to provide a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Two options were created with a different look, the classic colonial look and the more cottage feel with lowered roof line and dormers.
