Lose and Tony have wanted a third level on their split level home with a master bedroom suite for a while. Dreams became reality last summer with a large living space, bathroom and master bedroom addition. The entrance way was extended to the third floor with a rough cut wood stair case and the third level was opened up with a balcony to the living room on the second floor. The third floor living space also had a cathedral ceiling opening up to room lights along the ridge to allow sun light to flood in, in the mornings. This addition added over 600 ft to their existing 2000 foot home.
