Kirby - Porch/Remodel

Kara and Mike have been irritated by how hard it is to get into their home for a while. The front door opens almost onto the front stairs and not much room for multiple folks. Given that they have aways wanted a porch, we came up with the idea of expanding their doorway into a 6ft arch opening into a 7ft entrance way extended in front of the house. Room for a small seat and kids muddy clothes is a bonus. The project should be done in enough time for Santa to land on the new roof. The addition of the porch and other remodelling in the dinning room and kitchen will make quite an impact to the house. Everyone will get a little something from Xmas.
