Hardy - Attic

This third story attic was started on Dec 15th 2005 and comprises 14 x 12 ft bedroom, 12 x 10 ft full bathroom and a 24 x 20 ft living space. To the rear of the house the roof was raised with a 20ft shed dormer and two cathedral dormers are planned for the front of the home. This project is being built by a team of 1.75 people. The days indicated below are days on site, the project stared on Dec 19th and after weathertight on day 4 we took a 2 week break. Since Jan on average we have worked 4 days per week with inspection delays and weather issues.
