Faulkner - Addition

Brian and Eddie want to extend their living space and actually have a functional garage for there two vehicles. We are planning a 2.5 car garage on the ground floor with a dormered family room on the first floor connected to the existing family room at the rear corner of the house. The addition will measure 23 x 26 and will add a 12 x 23 first floor bonus room .....a pool table would fit nicely....I think I will have to talk to Brian about this.

Day 3 - A hole in the ground isn't that impressive, yet the concrete is coming and it will look like a project in no time


Day 6 - Now the concrete is poured, just one more day of below ground work and then we can really show progress


Day 11 - The garage is framed, the upstairs will take shape in the next few days

Day 20 - The roof is on and with a little work on the trim, it will be pretty tidy


Day 25 - Framing is finished, electrical started, doors and windows almost done....insulate and plaster and we are done


Day 30 - Outside is finished and electrical... plaster, and it will look pretty


Day 33 - Insulation is done, board being hung tommorrow and plaster Friday....we are in the final stretch


Day 35 - Plaster is still a little wet, yet a couple more days for trim and this addition will be ready for the family


Day 40 - The floor is now down, scirting and stair trim and we are done


All is finished
