Clinch Mountain

Clinch Mountain is on the edge of the Smoky Mountain range in North East Tennessee. The development offers uninterrupted views of the Cumberland Plateau to the North and the Smokies to the south. Only 35 mins from I 81, 50 mins from the Tri City airport, 15 from Rogersville and 2 mins from the Camelot country club. The development consists of 110 acres of hardwood forest elevating from the valley floor at 1000 Ft to 2300 at the peak. At approx 1800 feet we have a 50 acre basin with a large spring fed creak that runs all year around and a 2 acres pond. The hunting and hiking is fantastic with abundant Deer, Hog, Bear and Turkey.

We have started development by driving a road to the top and spur roads over to the East and West knolls were the 180 degree view are amazing. Four old home site exist dating back to the 1700, while only chimneys and gardens are visible today it’s easy to see why settlers chose this place. Water all year round and hunting at this elevation is and was quite unique. Three old India trails cut over the mountain and we have been careful to make them visable yet not disrupt the history.

Our plan is to maintain the original beauty of the mountain with only 9 homes each with 2 acres of land and access to and shared ownership of the balance that will be maintained by the development association. We plan to build to suit in keeping with the property.
